Course Outline

This two-hour short course provides staff with the practical information enabling them to work within the Professional Boundaries framework and be able to define, establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships in the workplace.

During the course staff will learn what Professional Boundaries are and how to successfully work within these boundaries to maintain their duty of care in a support worker role.
