Gave me a lot of knowledge, the trainer was excellent - gave minute detail, sent follow-up information, and was very patient - I would give the training 15 out of 10!

It was really good, organised and I really enjoyed it. I have known Loretta for a long time - I did the jobReady program and OTC is always good. 10/10
